The Arraya Studios Free Nollywood Online Audition is designed to provide emerging actors and actresses with a platform to showcase their skills directly to professional filmmakers, without the limitations of location or expensive entry costs.

We understand that many talented individuals never get discovered because they lack access to auditions in major cities like Lagos or Enugu. That’s why we’re bringing the opportunity online, making it open to everyone in Nigeria – and even Nigerians abroad who dream of joining Nollywood.

Audition Requirements

Before you submit your audition video, please read the requirements carefully:

  1. Age: 18 years and above. (If under 18, parental consent required.)
  2. Location: Open to participants anywhere in Nigeria.
  3. Submission format:
    • 1-minute monologue video (acting out a short scene or emotional dialogue).
    • Clear audio and good lighting.
    • Neutral background preferred.
  4. Dress code: Simple and neat — focus on your performance.
  5. Deadline: There is no deadline.

How to Submit Your Audition

  1. Record your audition video (max 1 minute).
  2. Introduce yourself at the beginning: name, age, and location.
  3. Send your video via WhatsApp to the Arraya Studios Audition Line: 08134182464.
  4. Optionally, include your social media handle or acting experience (if any).

Once received, our team will review every submission carefully. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for a virtual callback or in-person shoot in our next production cycle.

Tips for a Great Audition Video

To increase your chances of getting noticed:

  • Be natural – don’t overact. Let your emotions drive the scene.
  • Make sure your voice is clear and audible.
  • Choose a short, dramatic or conversational scene that shows emotion or confidence.
  • Practice several times before recording your final version.
  • Keep your energy high and smile after your scene – confidence matters!

After reviewing submissions, our team at Arraya Studios will contact selected participants for the next stage.

Even if you’re not selected immediately, your performance will be kept on record for future roles and collaborations.
